To Remember

My Family

Saying Yizkor is our Yom Kippur reflective moment to connect with the souls of our departed loved ones.

It is permissible to say Yizkor privately at home by lighting a memorial candle, saying a memorial prayer and making the commitment to make a charitable donation of time or money in the person’s memory.

Light A Candle

A Yizkor Prayer
Burn pure and bright in memory of my dearly beloveds.
The light of this life is a finite.
It burns, it glows, it radiates warmth and beauty.
All too soon it will fade and be no more but I will not despair.
I am more than a memory vanishing in the darkness.
I am life, an integral part of the eternal circle.
Amen
