Celery Takes Center Stage


I am a huge celery fan. I love it in raw salads, potato, tuna or egg salad, stir frys, and as a garnish in my favorite mixed drink.

Here is a recent article from the New York Times that brings celery into the main dish category. I’m particularly excited to try this Celery Risotto With Kale by Martha Rose-Shulman.
