I was very happy to see this article to day in the PG about what to eat after the marathon. It doesn’t affect me- never been able to run any distance- but my son will be here to do it and his six-year-old daughter, Maya will be running in the kid’s race.
It’s always exciting to get out and see the runners wherever you live in the city- it will be close by. Be sure to clap and yell and if you see Eli- call him by name.
