Offer the universe these intentions every day in 2016: your body/mind/spirit will adapt to a higher vision of life- guaranteed!

I am a joyful, energetic body.
I have a loving, compassionate heart.
I maintain a restful, alert mind.
I am lightness of being.

Steps:
Take a few moments every morning to sit quietly.
Be mindful as you breathe.
Repeat the intentions and see how each resonates with you.
Sit quietly for a few more moments.

When you find yourself in a reactive situation focus on one of the intentions and observe how change occurs.
